Middle School End-of-Semester PartiesFriday, December 18, 20099:00am-onwards

It's time for the first End-of-Semester Middle School party!

Festivities will begin 9am on Friday, December 18th for all Middle School students. Room Parents will be given $75 per class and are asked to help set-up their room, coordinate efforts with their teachers, and direct the kids for the first half hour or so. There is no need for parents to stay for the entire time. Grades 6-8 will be celebrating together in multiple rooms on the 4th floor. Pls talk with your teachers to determine how to best meet their needs.

• Grade 6 - Food/snacks, water
• Grade 7 - Games
• Grade 8 - Movies and Popcorn

Christmas Party Details - Elementary School

Hi Elementary Room Parents,

Thanks for all of your efforts in making Thanksgiving special for our children. They had a blast!

Now it's time to gear up for the Christmas celebrations on Thursday, December 17th. Each elementary class will be given crafts and $25 in party funds through their Room Parent. Please talk with your teacher to determine party time schedules, volunteer needs, games, etc. After that, please coordinate efforts with class parents to help make the day's events enjoyable for all.

Thanks again for guiding our kids in celebrating the birth of our Lord.
