Room Parents for Elementary School
Duties include:
- Finding an assistant Room Parent from your class
- Pairing new ICS parents in your class with established ICS parents
- Facilitating holiday parties by getting volunteers and/or supply donations (crafts and funds are provided)
- Keeping a current class contact list and sending emails when requested by the Room Parent Coordinator or teacher
- Helping the teacher find volunteers when requested for special events and/or field trips
- Coordinating display/collection/presentation of teacher birthday card and PTFvoucher
Room Parents for Middle School
Duties include:
- Finding an assistant Room Parent from your class
- Pairing new ICS parents in your class with established ICS parents
- Facilitating 2 MS End-of Semester Socials
- Gathering class volunteers for middle school service projects/events, if needed
- Keeping a current class contact list and sending emails when requested by the Room Parent Coordinator or teacher
- Coordinating display/collection/presentation of teacher birthday card and PTF voucher
High School Parent Liaisons
Duties include:
- Finding an assistant, if needed
- Keeping an up to date contact list for your grade
- Pairing new ICS parents in your grade with established ICS parents
- Sending out emails as requested by Room Parent Coordinator or teachers
- Communicating with High School Student Council and Room Parent
